Ayurveda came into my life at the same time that Covid-19 and after losing one of my biggest love in life, my father. It was a wise moment as I had been looking for balancing my eating habits for a long time.
I vividly remember seeing my father, an executive man, constantly reading books related to organic food and herbs. He was a well-informed man about what we should need to eat and avoid. He was totally engaged in our daily diet. He believed deeply in our nature and he passed on his knowledge to me, making me aware of everything. But it wasn’t until I met Prachi, the wonderful entrepreneur behind Jaya Ayurveda when I began to understand much better my body needs.
I attended one of her workshops where my eyes were opened. I still can picture that cooking day around lovely people and delighting several Ayurveda dishes.
When Prachi approached me to create photos for her business, it was an immediate yes. I knew I will love to help her to create photos for her brand and obviously, this is just a preview of what we made together last year and I hope to be able to convey this tasty dish to you in photos.
To my dear Prachi, thank you so much for your trust and kindness to educate us to have not only better habits, but also to enjoy our environment.
